Temporary Casino Meeting at City Hall on August 31, 2023:
- Daily liquor service hours will be the same for all areas, with Bally's planning to stop serving liquor approximately 1-hour earlier than surrounding establishments.
- No live entertainment or valet service will be available.
- No limits will be placed on chip cash-outs for patrons, but check payouts and/or deposit into the onsite cashier's bank will be offered.
- Approximately 100 interior and 12 exterior surveillance cameras will be installed, with video feeds available to law enforcement as needed.
- An onsite CPD substation is planned, and private security personnel will patrol the interior and perimeter.
- A large private security force, ID checks, passive weapons detection systems, and limited facility capacity will be implemented.
- Buses transporting patrons will be managed through a new curb management plan, with designated pickup, drop-off, and staging areas.
- Current CDOT traffic studies will not be updated or subject to independent review.
- Practice gaming sessions are scheduled for September 7-8, with the operating permit expected to be issued after review and analysis.
- A community liaison is being considered to address issues and attend community meetings.
