The monitoring and reporting process for SRC projects is described on the strategic research website, with concrete annual, interim, and final reporting instructions provided in a separate document. Reporting is done via the Academy of Finland's online services, with the consortium PI having the right to report, but also able to authorize others to fill in the reporting form. The reporting is cumulative, with previously recorded data available for subsequent reporting phases. The annual monitoring report requires filling in information on impact stories, key activities, and expert work, as well as mandatory items such as funding, cooperation, and publications. Interim and final reports require filling in all requested information, and projects should familiarize themselves with the issues raised in these reports as soon as the project starts. The language of reporting can be Finnish, English, or Swedish. The report form contains various sections, including personal details, basic information on the project, keywords and research fields, funding, and other topics.
