To be eligible for the DBS Visa Debit Card Cashback Programme, spend a minimum of S$500 across any DBS Visa Debit Cards per calendar month and keep cash withdrawals to S$400 and below. Eligible debit cards include DBS Visa Debit Card, DBS Treasures Visa Debit Card, DBS Treasures Private Client Visa Debit Card, DBS Private Bank Visa Debit Card, and DBS SUTD Visa Debit Card. The minimum spend is calculated based on transactions made within each calendar month, excluding certain transactions like interest, finance charges, and cash withdrawals. Eligible transactions for cashback include Visa spend on qualifying cards, local transport transactions like Gojek and Grab rides, online food delivery transactions, and foreign currency transactions. Cashback rates vary, with up to 5% cashback on foreign currency spend, capped at S$20 per calendar month. Certain transactions are not eligible for cashback, including payments to government institutions, hospitals, and insurance companies. If multiple qualifying cards are held, cashback is capped at per cardmember per calendar month, regardless of the number of cards held.
