Summary

We are thrilled that you have signed up to be part of BCNM Kids Camp for 2023. Our theme for the week is “Listen!” from Mark 4:3, and we look forward to learning about how to listen to God in the midst of chaos and noise. Joe Vivian will be our camp pastor, and we have a great camp leadership team preparing for worship, Bible Studies, activities, and fun.

To prepare, please note the following:
- Each church needs one adult sponsor for every 7 kids, and sponsors must be 18 or older.
- Background checks and abuse prevention training are required for all adult sponsors.
- Check-in times are scheduled, with Inlow checking in from 1:30-3:30 on Monday, June 12th, and Sivells having staggered check-in times.
- At check-in, you will need a final list of campers, release forms, sponsor approval forms, and final payment.
- Visitors must be approved in advance and added to the visitor list to be allowed into the camp.
- Cell service is limited, and parents should only contact the camp in emergencies.
- Meals are provided, but special dietary needs cannot be met, so you may need to bring your own food.
- Vehicles used to bring children to camp must stay on site all week in case of an emergency.
- Label all items brought to camp to prevent loss.
- Severe discipline problems may result in parents being asked to pick up their child.
