Summary

De Federale Raad voor Verpleegkunde en het Conseil Fédéral de l’Art Infirmier hebben een advies uitgebracht over de opleidingsvoorwaarden voor zorgkundigen en aides-soignants. Het advies is een reactie op het wetsontwerp rond de basisverpleegkundige en de klinisch verpleegkundig onderzoeker en de modernisering van het secundair onderwijs. De huidige opleidingsmogelijkheden voor zorgkundigen en aides-soignants worden aangepast om te voldoen aan de nieuwe eisen van de arbeidsmarkt. De aanpassing heeft betrekking op twee aspecten: de modernisering van het beroepsonderwijs en de modernisering van het secundair onderwijs. De nieuwe structuur van de opleidingen zal bestaan uit een gemoderniseerde 3de graad met basiscompetenties zoals "Basiszorg en Ondersteuning" en "Verzorgende/Zorgkundige".
