The study aimed to compare the strength, balance, and mobility between normal and overweight adolescents among physiotherapy college students. The results showed a significant negative correlation between BMI and balance, as well as between BMI and lower extremity muscle strength. The study concluded that increased BMI affects balance, strength, and mobility in adolescents, and that there is a need to address obesity and overweight in this age group to prevent future health problems.
