Materials and Deadlines:

- Publisher reserves right to run last published ad if materials not received by deadline

Cancellations:
- Must be made in writing at least one calendar month prior to scheduled closing date
- Positioning at discretion of publisher
- Advertisers who don't complete or cancel contracts will be re-billed and short-rated

Payment Terms:
- Payment in full for first month's advertising when order is placed
- Subsequent ads billed and payable net 30 days from invoice date
- 15% off gross for recognized agencies if paid inside 30 days and materials sent camera-ready
- 8% late charge added to outstanding items after 45 days
- Interest rates 1.5% per month and 18% annually on unpaid balances

Terms and Conditions:
- Advertiser and agency agree to indemnify and hold publisher harmless from claims and suits
- Publisher reserves right to refuse advertising deemed inappropriate
- Publisher will insert "Advertisement" prominently on ads simulating editorial content
- Not liable for color variations from advertiser-furnished proofs

Attorney Fees:
- Prevailing party entitled to reasonable attorney's fees in arbitration, suit, or action
- Signed insertion order deemed understanding and acceptance of provisions

Printing:
- Printed on 70 lb gloss paper
- Trim: 9 x 10.875 inches
- Binding: Bound on 10.875 inch measure
- Line Screen: 175 line screen
- Output: Direct to plate
- Media: Digital ads only, no film, accepted on CD, DVD, USB, or FTP site

Digital Requirements:
- Digital files only
- No Microsoft Publisher, Word, Corel Draw, Pagemaker, Paint, or WordPerfect program files
- Accept files from Adobe PDF, Photoshop, and Illustrator
- Color images must be converted to CMYK mode
- Include all fonts and digital resources
- Artwork resolution: 300 dpi at 100% size for print, saved as CMYK
- Line art images: 1200 dpi
- Video formats: MPEG-4 (.mp4) in bit rates between 320kbs-700kbs
- E-Blast requirements: Width 576 pixels, Height 360 pixels
