Şirket, "Amesia Çalışan Kadın Arılar" grubunu kurdu ve kadın üreticilere eğitim verdi. Amesia, ürünlerini internet sitesi üzerinden satmaya başladı ve Türkiye'nin 9 farklı havalimanında tüketicilere ulaştırdı. Şirket, kadın kooperatifinin kurulması için eğitim ve paneller düzenledi ve sonunda kadın kooperatifi kuruldu.
