Annex 2 outlines arrangements for premises under the "Vaccine Bubble" with specific measures for catering businesses and other establishments. There are four modes of operation: Type A, Type B, Type C, and Type D, each with varying requirements for staff and customer vaccination, testing, and use of the "LeaveHomeSafe" mobile application.

Type A: 50% capacity, 20 persons per table, 5am-5:59pm, staff and customers must use LHS or register using a specified form, and staff must undergo testing every 14 days or be vaccinated.

Type B: 50% capacity, 20 persons per table, 5am-9:59pm, staff must undergo testing every 14 days or be vaccinated, customers must use LHS or register using a specified form.

Type C: 75% capacity, 20 persons per table, 5am-11:59pm, staff and customers must have received the first vaccine dose, and premises can designate a "zone B" with Type B rules.

Type D: 100% capacity, 180 persons per banquet, 5am-1:59am, staff must have completed vaccination course, at least two-thirds of customers must have received the first dose, and premises can designate "zone B" and "zone C" with corresponding rules. Live performances are allowed with vaccinated performers and infection control measures.
