Zoopla and Uswitch, with expanding operations in South East London, relocated their offices to a single location at The Cooperage near London Bridge. NM Cabling was commissioned for the complete new office fit-out, including:

- Structured Cabling Systems: Utilizing Cat6 data cabling run through false floors and exposed cable trays.
- Audio Visual Data Cabling & Patching: Employing Cat6a cabling for AV systems and a dedicated cinema room, alongside OM3 fibre optic cabling for data links between satellite areas.
- IT Cabling Commissioning: NM Cabling patched in all IT, telephone, and Wi-Fi systems to ensure consistency and maintainability.
- Dedicated Communications Room: Designed and installed for termination of all 3 floors of data cabling.
- Racking & Cabinet Installation: Racked and installed structured cabling systems, audio visual equipment, and other building control systems.

Upon completion, NM Cabling ensured a seamless integration of IT and telephone cabling, along with the mounting and commissioning of Wi-Fi units. The project spanned from design to IT commissioning over four months.
