Client: owner of the dog(s)
Contract: walking or caring of the dog(s)
Dog(s): dogs of the client let out by the contractor

Article 2: General

These conditions apply to all contracts between client and contractor
Deviation from terms and conditions requires written agreement signed by both parties
Contractor reserves right to amend terms and prices, and to refuse dogs with problem behavior

Article 3: Health of Dog(s)

Dogs must be vaccinated with annual cocktail and kennel cough vaccination
Client responsible for prevention and treatment of parasites
Client must inform contractor of any illness or limitations of the dog

Article 4: Rights and Obligations of Client

Client liable for damage caused by dog
Client must have dog included in WA insurance
Client responsible for filling in Dog Registration Form truthfully and completely
Client must ensure dog is present on appointed day and time

Article 5: Rights and Obligations of Contractor

Contractor will handle dog with care and love
Contractor responsible for informing client about dog's health and behavior
Contractor reserves right to refuse dog if it develops problem behavior

Article 6: Liability Statement

Client liable for damages caused by dog
Contractor not liable for damage, illness, or injury to dog unless due to gross negligence or intent
* Contractor not responsible for running away of dog, but will try to recover it if it happens.
