Summary

La Fundación de la Comunidad Valenciana Centro de Investigación Príncipe Felipe (FCIPF) establece una política de donaciones y regalos para evitar conflictos de intereses y garantizar la transparencia en sus relaciones comerciales y con terceros. Los empleados no deben ofrecer ni aceptar regalos o beneficios que puedan influir en su independencia de juicio o inducir a favoritismos. Se permiten regalos de hasta 100 euros y hospitalidades siempre que sean transparentes, no tengan valor económico y no contravengan el Código Ético de la FCIPF. La entidad no financia partidos políticos ni organizaciones con las que pueda haber conflicto de intereses, pero puede cooperar con ellas en proyectos específicos. Se establece un proceso de debida diligencia para las donaciones y se obliga a denunciar cualquier incumplimiento de esta política. El Compliance Officer es responsable de velar por su aplicación.
