To make, slice and chop the vegetables, then sauté them in a pan with the capers and EVO. Cook over medium-low heat, stirring occasionally, until the vegetables are dry and fragrant. Let cool, then blend into a powder using a food processor. Store in an airtight container in the freezer for up to 2 months. To make soup spaghetti, combine 2 tablespoons of the bouillon powder with 250ml of water and bring to a boil. Add 30 spaghetti strands, broken into 2cm pieces, and cook for 10 minutes. Season with Concentrate del Mare and top with Parmigiano Reggiano cheese, if desired. The homemade bouillon powder can also be used as a base for curry, fried rice, pasta sauce, and risotto.
