Bericht zur Inspektion der Konkordia-Grundschule 2018/2019: Die Inspektion wurde im November 2018 durchgeführt und gibt eine Rückmeldung zur Qualität und zum aktuellen Entwicklungsstand der Schule. Die Schule liegt im Ortsteil Wilhelmstadt des Bezirks Spandau und hat etwa 480 Schüler. Die Zahl der Schüler ist seit 2012 gestiegen, und die Schule ist jetzt in jeder Jahrgangsstufe dreizügig, was zu einer Verknappung des Raumangebots geführt hat. Die Personalausstattung war zu Beginn des Schuljahrs ausgeglichen, aber zum Inspektionszeitpunkt nur bei knapp 96%. Die Schule erhält Personalmittel für die zusätzliche Sprachförderung und die sonderpädagogische Förderung, aber es gibt einen Mangel an Erzieherinnen und Erziehern. Der Schulleiter leitet die Schule ohne eine kontinuierliche Stellvertretung. Die Inspektion hat auch die Unterrichtsprozesse, die Unterrichtsentwicklung und das Schulleitungshandeln untersucht.
