The deadline for electronic submission of tax returns for the 2022 tax year has been extended to October 2023. A Decree (K.D.P. 183/2023) published in the Official Gazette on June 9, 2023, extends the submission of tax returns (Form T.F.1) and payment of due tax for employees, pensioners, and self-employed individuals with an annual turnover of less than €70,000 and without the obligation to prepare audited accounts for 2022 until October 2, 2023. Note that the obligation to submit an Income Tax Return for 2022 only arises when the total gross annual income of individuals exceeds €19,500.
