The study examines the relationship between self-efficacy and career aspiration among higher secondary school students. It found that students possess medium levels of self-efficacy and career aspiration, and there is a significant positive correlation between the two. The study suggests that enhancing self-efficacy among students by providing a conducive learning atmosphere and setting realistic goals can improve their career aspirations. Career guidance programs can also be organized to augment students' career aspirations. Self-efficacy is a major determinant of career aspiration, and students with high self-efficacy are more likely to attempt and successfully execute tasks, while those with low self-efficacy may struggle with self-doubt.
