Cedefop issued an open invitation to tender for 'Web Development Services' and received several questions from tenderers. The questions and Cedefop's clarifications are as follows:

1. Contract duration: Cedefop clarified that the initial contract duration is 1 year with possible extensions of up to 3 years, covering a total acquisition period of 4 years.

2. Tender specifications:
a. Contracts performed in the past 5 years: Cedefop confirmed that contracts whose part has been executed in the past 5 years are required.
b. Technical equipment and tools: Cedefop confirmed that tenderers should present their existing infrastructure.
c. CV format: Cedefop stated that Europass CV format is acceptable.
d. Regular staff: Cedefop confirmed that regular staff covers the tenderer's candidates with an unlimited or time-limited contractual link.
e. Freelancers: Cedefop considers freelancers as sub-contractors and expects the same information as for sub-contractors.

3. Financial proposal: Cedefop confirmed that tenderers should only provide Table 1.

4. Table 1:
a. VAT: Cedefop requests VAT to be separately indicated, and for contractors based in Greece, invoices will include VAT.
b. Total price: Cedefop expects the tenderer to fill in the cell under the columns III and VII and the column "Total Price for the financial scenario = (III+VII)".
c. Accommodation costs: Cedefop confirmed that the tenderer should leave blank the corresponding cells for rows C, E, and F.
d. Training services: Cedefop included the 40 working days of meetings at Cedefop premises in the 50 person days of column (I).
e. Evaluation of financial offer: Cedefop will base the evaluation on the TOTAL price of the column "Total price for the financial scenario = (III + VII)".

5. Award of the contract:
a. Project scenario: Cedefop clarified that the project scenario concerns the re-design, re-structuring, and development of the Study Visits homepage only.
b. Technology restrictions: Cedefop stated that proposed technology solutions must comply with its technological infrastructure.
c. Current CMS: Cedefop will discuss this later with the successful tenderer.

6. Technical evaluation: Cedefop confirmed that the project scenario concerns the re-design, re-structuring, and development of the Study Visit homepage only, and the front page.
