Applicable disputes include name selection restrictions, registration eligibility restrictions, and denial of registration. Remedies for complaints include cancellation of registration, return of the domain name to the pool of available names, or ordering the Registry Operator to permit registration. The procedure for dispute resolution involves submitting a complaint to the Forum, which will select a qualified Panel to conduct the proceeding. The Registry Operator and Registrar will not participate in the administration or conduct of the proceeding, except to provide evidence.
