## HSBC Business Cards Rewards Programme Summary

This programme automatically rewards all HSBC Business Credit Card holders with points for eligible spending.

Key Details:

Eligible Spending: Purchases made in Malta or abroad (not returned or refunded) in euro or non-euro, excluding:
Interest charges
Cash advances (withdrawals, purchases of gaming chips, traveler's checks, foreign currency transfers)
Point Accrual: 1 point per €3 for euro transactions and 1 point per €1 for non-euro transactions. Points are not earned on amounts below €1.
Point Validity: Points last for two years from accrual. Expired points are deducted monthly, first in, first out.
Redemption:
Automatic cash back at 5000 points (earn €20).
Points cannot be transferred to others.
Account closure results in immediate redemption of all remaining points within 30 days.

Important Terms and Conditions:

HSBC can change point accrual rates, minimum/maximum redemption requirements, or rewards period with 30 days' notice.
Income taxes and other duties on points are the responsibility of the cardholder.
Special promotions may offer "Bonus Points" with different terms and conditions.
Account closure or overdue payments can result in point deduction or termination of participation.
