5. Calculate the PF$ by multiplying the Real Revenue with each PF% and enter the result.
6. Calculate The Bleed by subtracting the PF$ from the Actual number for each row.
7. Determine The Fix by entering "Increase" if The Bleed is negative and "Decrease" if it's positive.
The completed assessment will indicate what adjustments are needed for each account, either an increase or decrease, and by how much, as specified in The Bleed column.
