Summary

The study examines the effects of learning organizations, organizational culture, and managerial risk-taking behaviors on innovation performance in the banking sector. A questionnaire was used to collect data from 250 bank employees in Turkey. The results show that understanding of organizational culture differs from previous studies, and that a strengthened employee concept has a positive effect on innovation performance. Managerial risk-taking behaviors also affect innovation performance. The study suggests that banks should focus on creating a common vision and adopting organizational strategies to improve innovation performance.
