Definitions and Acronyms

Qualified Trust Service (QTS): electronic service enhancing trust in electronic transactions
Qualified Trust Service Provider (QTSP): natural or legal person providing trust services
Local Registration Authority (LRA): Intesi Group or authorized legal person
Subject: entity identified in a certificate as the holder of the private key
Subscriber: legal or natural person bound by agreement with a trust service provider
Relying Party: legal or natural person relying on an electronic identification or trust service
Customer: Subject or Subscriber requesting service activation

Contractual Terms and Conditions

The Contract is regulated by the Terms and Conditions, TSP Practice Statement, and other contractual documents
The provision of Services by Intesi Group is subject to successful verification of the Customer's identity
The Customer is responsible for the truthfulness of the data notified in the Request Form

Object

These Terms and Conditions govern the delivery of Certificate Services by Intesi Group
The provision of Services will take place only after successful verification of the Customer's identity
Intesi Group is not liable for the content or truthfulness of information communicated by the Subject or Subscriber to other TSPs or digital identity providers.
