IYPF trained local young people to run YLTW in their own regions, strengthening capacity and sustainability in regional communities.

Additionally, IYPF persuaded the Brussels-based organization B!ngo to extend the scope of the JustPay! campaign, which monitors the labor market to engage employers in redrawn internship programs according to local legislation. The campaign was initiated in 7 pilot countries.

IYPF also used its special consultative status with the United Nations to influence policies on poverty eradication, sustainable cities, and immigration. The organization submitted written statements to two UN committees, which were widely supported by peer organizations, to deliver positions to UN officials and government representatives.
