Key urban centers in Libya: Tripoli, Benghazi, and Sebha.

IDPs, non-displaced, migrants, and refugees.

Data Sources:
Secondary data from humanitarian actors and primary data from interviews and focus group discussions with consumers, retailers, wholesalers, and other key informants.

Expected Outputs:
Key findings report.

REACH remote country team, in-country team, and implementing partners, as well as CMWG coordinator and member organizations.

Humanitarian Milestones:
The initiative will inform humanitarian planning in Libya, feeding into the 2018 HNO and HRP round.
