Quadrants and Their Strategies:

The Heart (Keep & Contain Costs): Focus on cost reduction while maintaining program impact. Explore alternative revenue models.
The Star (Invest & Grow): Identify high-impact programs with strong stakeholder support. Look for opportunities to expand reach and generate more revenue.
The Stop Sign (Close or Give Away): Evaluate programs generating minimal impact or loss. Consider closure or strategic handover. Set a timeline for decision-making.
The Money Tree (Water & Harvest, Increase Impact): Focus on maximizing net surplus while improving program margins and impact. Invest in growth strategies aligned with the nonprofit's brand.
