MIELE and the Customer enter into an agreement for the purchase of Professional Products upon MIELE's issuance of an order confirmation. The agreement consists of the order, order confirmation, terms and conditions, and any additional terms. Quotations are open for acceptance for 30 days and do not constitute an offer to sell. Prices are exclusive of taxes, duties, and insurance, and the Customer is responsible for delivery, freight, and installation costs. Payment terms require a 30% security deposit upon order acceptance and full payment 48 hours prior to dispatch. Cancellations are not possible for custom-ordered products, and a 30% restocking fee applies to cancelled orders for stocked items. Failure to make payments when due incurs interest and reimbursement of costs. Delivery is at the Customer's cost, and the risk of loss or damage passes to the Customer upon delivery. Returns are subject to a 30% restocking fee and are accepted at MIELE's discretion. Installation is arranged by MIELE, and the Customer is responsible for ensuring the site is cleared and prepared for installation.
