Dullingham Parish Council met on December 3, 2015, at The Taylor Hall, with Cllrs K Owen, Algar, Mardon, and Morley present. Apologies were received from Cllrs T Owen, Parkins, and Robertson. The council received declarations of interest, including Cllr K Owen's interest in car park signs for the Village Green. Mr Pearman informed the council of his intention to apply for planning permission for a new dwelling next to his property. The council approved the minutes of the November 5, 2015, meeting and discussed matters arising, including the Conservation Area, Kings Head Public House, and flooding incidents. The council also considered finance, including payments and receipts, and approved a quotation to clear a ditch to the rear of the Village Green. The Precept request and budget for 2016/2017 were discussed, with a suggested 2% increase to £15,873.36. The council also considered a donation request from Cruse Bereavement Care, but decided not to make a donation. Other topics discussed included environment and footpaths, planning, play area maintenance, and correspondence from ECDC regarding tree work, community-led development, and community facilities audit.
