Summary

Der JuLiNa Kunst- und Kulturverein mit Sitz in Hannover verfolgt den Zweck, Kunst und Kultur zu fördern. Der Verein ist im Vereinsregister des Amtsgerichts Hannover eingetragen und hat das Kalenderjahr als Geschäftsjahr. Die Förderung von Kunst und Kultur erfolgt durch Organisation und Durchführung künstlerischer und kultureller Angebote sowie durch Förderung partizipativer Kunst- und Kultur-Projekte. Der Verein verfolgt ausschließlich und unmittelbar gemeinnützige Zwecke und ist selbstlos tätig. Die Mitgliedschaft im Verein kann jede natürliche Person ab 16 Jahre und juristische Person erwerben, die bereit ist, die Ziele und Satzungszwecke nachhaltig zu fördern. Die Mitgliederversammlung ist das oberste Organ des Vereins und fasst Beschlüsse mit einfacher Mehrheit der anwesenden Mitglieder. Satzungsänderungen, eine Änderung des Vereinszwecks sowie eine Auflösung des Vereins bedürfen einer 2/3-Mehrheit der anwesenden Mitglieder.
