Mercedes-Benz AG's General Terms and Conditions for the Use of Time Credits/Slices apply to supplies and services related to orders on the Mercedes-Benz B2B Connect platform. Time Credits and Time Slices provide access to data content, including technical information. The Customer must have a valid VAT ID No. and be an authorized person to place a valid order. Prices are net plus statutory VAT. The Provider is obliged to provide the services as described, and support is limited to responding to Customer queries.
