Project Overview:
Permaculture is a framework for designing sustainable human-environmental systems. This project explores how permaculture methods and practices can enhance environmental education. Participants will gain awareness, knowledge, and skills in permaculture principles, ethics, and methods, and develop practical educational sessions inspired by permaculture.

Objectives:

1. Gain awareness of permaculture's usefulness in environmental education
2. Gain knowledge and competences in permaculture principles, ethics, and methods
3. Develop skills for designing practical educational sessions
4. Create international networks for exchanging good practices and building the permaculture movement

Methods:
Non-formal education (NFE) and permaculture practices, including critical thinking, creative designing, brainstorming, games, group discussions, outdoor activities, and case studies.

Eligibility:
Open to residents of Austria, Italy, Spain, Kosovo, Greece, Slovenia, and Norway, with no age limit. Trainers, permaculture practitioners, and young change-makers are encouraged to apply.

Logistics:

Accommodation and food provided at LVZ Kierling, Klosterneuburg
Travel costs reimbursed up to a maximum amount per country
* Visa costs and content covered by Erasmus+ grant

Application:
Fill out the application form by April 15, 2023 (first deadline) or May 15, 2023 (second deadline). Selected participants will receive a detailed infosheet.
