PhD Registration Procedure and Schedule

Online registration through ADUM from July 4th to November 29th, 2023
Payment of tuition fees from July 4th to December 11th, 2023
Registration request submission and payment deadlines: November 29th, 2023, and December 11th, 2023, respectively
No extensions will be granted for late registration or payment

Documents Required

1st year of thesis:
+ CV
+ Valid ID
+ Master's transcript and certificate
+ Evidence of financial resources
+ Certificate of CVEC
+ Thesis project
+ Public liability insurance certificate
2nd or 3rd year of thesis:
+ Evidence of financial resources
+ Certificate of CVEC
+ Public liability insurance certificate
+ Additional documents (resident permit, visa, registration certificate, etc.)
4th year of thesis or above:
+ Evidence of financial resources
+ Certificate of CVEC
+ State of progress written by the student

Registration fees: 380 euros (unless exempt)
