Summary

Disaster situations require early evacuation actions, and research suggests that the significance of evacuation calls is crucial. To enhance the effect of evacuation calls, proper design of "evacuation call audio" is essential. Previous studies have shown that audio with high emergency levels can prompt evacuation actions, and there is a correlation between the impression of emergency and factors such as F0 and speech rate. This study analyzed the emergency level of audio and its application to audio synthesis, and the results suggest that operating on F0 and speech rate can effectively increase the emergency level of audio. The study also found that applying this operation to learned neural TTS is also effective.
