1. Project Management (18 months, max $90,000):
- Serve as the primary point of contact for CASA TAF, developing and implementing a project work plan.
- Coordinate with Ethiopian Agricultural Transformation Agency (ATA) and manage technical assistance providers.
- Conduct weekly/monthly check-ins and submit progress reports.

2. Seed Field Trials (6 months):
- Support seed consultant in field trial implementation and data collection.
- Engage farmer groups in trials and document feedback.

3. Sunflower Economics (6 months):
- Identify key rotational crops and define gross margin references.
- Calibrate assumptions on sunflower economics based on trial results.
- Establish a methodology to track sunflower performance and inform price adjustments.

4. Intermediary Agent Network Formation (Initial work):
- Assess operational models of identified SAMANU agents and conduct gap assessments for capacity building programs.

The advisor will report to SAMANU's Head of Cluster and CASA's Inclusive Business Manager for Delivery.
