Ridgefield Library has policies for renting program rooms, study rooms, and the Randolph Room, as well as for 3D printing. The program rooms are available for rental on an equitable basis, with priority given to town government agencies, non-profit organizations, and individuals. Rentals are subject to conditions, including cleaning up after use, not charging admission or selling products without consent, and not promoting businesses or sales. Fees apply, with exemptions for library-sponsored and town agency programs. A completed application and fee must be received 14 days prior to the event, and cancellations may result in a forfeiture of the fee.
