2. Term and Termination: The term is stated in the Order Form, and Talley Media may terminate without cause upon 30 days' notice.
3. Payment: Invoices are due within 30 days, and Talley Media may assess 1.50% monthly interest on overdue balances.
4. Rates and Acceptance: Advertiser agrees to pay invoiced rates, which are not subject to change during the initial term.
5. Changes to Rates and Terms: Talley Media may amend terms with 30 days' written notice, and Advertiser may cancel if rates change.
6. Agencies: If Advertiser is an agency, both the agency and actual advertiser are jointly liable.
7. Advertiser Acknowledgements: Advertiser understands Talley Media has no control over search engine policies and indexing methodologies.
8. Advertiser Representations and Warranties: Advertiser represents it has rights to publish provided content without infringing third-party rights.
9. Indemnification: Advertiser agrees to indemnify Talley Media against liability, loss, or expense arising from Advertiser Content or breaches.
