- Rotaractors can now hold dual membership in Rotary and Rotaract.
- Clubs can suspend members for up to 90 days, after which they must terminate or reinstate them.
- Semiannual club dues will increase from $28 to $34 by 2019-20.
- Two Rotarians at the same address can jointly subscribe to The Rotarian or regional magazine.
- Clubs are no longer required to charge an admission fee.
- The treasurer is a permanent member of the club board, and written board minutes must be provided to members within 60 days.
