The proposed system is an electronic white cane that uses sensors' technology to help visually impaired people detect obstacles within 2 meters on the ground or in height. The system consists of three major components:

2. Mobile Application: A real-time tracking application that allows users to track the visually impaired person's location and route, providing vocal instructions via a Bluetooth headset to alert the person of obstacles.
3. Web Application: A REST API developed using Python and NodeJs that communicates with the electronic cane and mobile application through an API.

The system aims to provide a competitive detection and tracking result while minimizing energy consumption and size. The proposed system is implemented and tested, showing efficacity in assisting visually impaired people to travel safely. Key features include:
