- Accettazione (Admission) Staff: 79.41% found them to be gentle and courteous most of the time or always.
- Medici e Psicologo (Doctors and Psychologists): 82.35% rated them as gentle and courteous most of the time or always.
- Infermieri, Tecnici, e OSS (Nurses, Technicians, and Healthcare Assistants): 73.52% experienced courtesy from them most of the time or always.
6. Information Received: 73.52% were satisfied with the information received about their health conditions.
7. Feeling Heard and Involved: 76.47% felt heard and involved in the choice of their treatments.
8. Privacy Respect: 88.23% believed their privacy was respected during visits, care, and hospital stay.
9. Health Improvement: 50% reported a significant improvement in their health condition, and 41.17% reported some improvement.
10. Overall Satisfaction: 76.47% were very satisfied with the care and assistance received.
11. Recommendation: 85.29% would recommend Clinica San Francesco to a family member or friend.

Conclusion: The survey indicates a high level of satisfaction among patients regarding the services provided by Clinica San Francesco, with notable excellence in staff courtesy, environmental cleanliness, and respect for privacy. However, areas such as menu variety and food quality could be improved to further enhance patient satisfaction.
