Talk to your doctor or pharmacist before taking Stugeron 15mg Tablets if you have Parkinson's Disease, porphyria, liver or kidney problems, are fructose and galactose intolerant, or are taking other medicines, including tranquilizers, tricyclic antidepressants, or hypnotics. Do not take the medicine if you are breast-feeding, and consult your doctor if you are pregnant or planning to become pregnant. The medicine may affect your reaction to skin tests, and the combined effect with alcohol may make you feel drowsy. Some people may experience stomach discomfort, and taking the medicine after a meal may help reduce this possibility. Do not drive or operate machinery if you feel drowsy after taking the medicine. The recommended dose for adults and children over 12 years is 2 tablets two hours before traveling and 1 tablet every 8 hours during the journey, while children aged 5-12 years should take 1 tablet two hours before traveling and ½ tablet every 8 hours during the journey. Possible side effects include drowsiness, nausea, upset stomach, increased weight, tiredness, vomiting, abdominal pain, and skin lesions. If you experience any side effects, talk to your doctor or pharmacist.
