Subscription Form:

Provide personal and contact information
Specify the subscription amount and currency (EUR, USD, or CHF)

Governed by the laws of the Netherlands
Jurisdiction of the competent courts of Amsterdam and its appellate courts
Fund Manager may disclose Personal Data to third parties as required by applicable laws or regulations

Acceptance and Confirmation:

The Fund Manager will accept the subscription and the Administrator will confirm upon receipt of the Subscription Form and all required documentation.
If a subscription is not accepted or the offering is terminated, all funds deposited or wired will be returned to the prospective Unitholder without interest or deduction.
