The customer acknowledges the Conditions of Trade, including:
- Delivery dates are indicative only and not guaranteed
- Quotations are not offers, and orders are not binding until accepted by the Seller
- Prices are subject to change without notice and are in AUD unless stated otherwise
- A minimum order value of $55.00 (GST inclusive) applies, with back orders exempt
- GST is to the Buyer's account, with orders shipped outside Australia exempt
- The Seller is not liable for defects, loss, damage, or delay caused by unforeseeable circumstances
- Back orders will be advised with an estimated delivery time
- All goods must be paid in full prior to supply, with the Buyer responsible for loss or damage from delivery until paid
- The Buyer has no right to cancel orders unless expressively provided in writing
- Two Tease Architectural Hardware guarantees products against defects in workmanship and materials, with exclusions
- The Seller reserves the right to make part deliveries, with failure to deliver the total order not invalidating the sale
- Acceptance and returns are detailed in the Refund policy on the website
- Freight charges apply, with rates varying by location and service type.
