- Guests are liable for any damage caused to the property
- No pets except guide dogs and hearing dogs, no smoking or vaping
- A non-alcohol policy is in place, with some exceptions for communion
- Personal electrical appliances are not allowed, some appliances are provided for guest use
- Cars are parked at owner's risk.
