Warranty claims must be reported within five days of delivery, with Matzinger Performance GmbH entitled to improve, exchange, or take back defective goods. Liability is limited to intent, gross negligence, and material contractual obligations, with damages capped at the net purchase price or net sales. Payment is due within 14 days of invoicing, with late payment resulting in withholding of further deliveries, dunning and collection fees, and default interest.
