3. Composition/Information on Ingredients
- Active Ingredient: O,O-Diethyl S-(ethylthio)methylphosphorodithioate (Thimet®) at 20.0%
- Other Components: Inert ingredients (may contain clay with >0.1% crystalline silica), N/A at 80%

4. First-Aid Measures
- Inhalation: Flush with plenty of water for at least 15 minutes, remove contaminated clothing and shoes. Call a physician or poison control center immediately.
- Skin Contact: Do not rub eyes. Flush eyes with plenty of water for at least 15 minutes while keeping eyelids apart. Remove contact lenses if present. Call medical help right away.
- Eye Contact: Rinse mouth, then flush eyes with water for 15 minutes. Induce artificial respiration if needed. Seek immediate medical attention.
- Ingestion: This is a cholinesterase inhibiting organophosphate. Symptoms may include headache, nausea, vomiting, and muscle twitching. Call poison control center immediately. Establish airway, oxygenation, and IV atropine sulfate as antidote.
