To use the visgenex software, transfer the files to the corresponding visgenex folders and set the directory to the "utils" folder. Transform raw data files into Matlab files by creating annotation, repository, and supplement files using the guiannotation and gui_repository commands. Create a study by loading the repository file and saving without filtering. Create a t-SNE map by loading the study and primary annotation files and plotting t-SNE (z scores). Export or import a t-SNE map and import additional information from a supplement file. Refer to the general user guide for analysis and manipulation instructions.
