Application & Preparation:
1. Surface Preparation:
- For heavily contaminated concrete, remove grease deposits with Watco Concroff and flush with water.
- For porous surfaces, slightly dampen before application.
- Apply Etch & Clean (5L) to 20m² areas using a stiff or soft broom, leave for 15 minutes until frothing stops and the color changes from pink to clear.
2. Flush and Dry: Thoroughly flush with water and allow the area to dry before painting. Remove loose laitance by brushing and vacuuming.
3. Testing: Scrape the surface with a coin; if a powdery film can be easily removed, etching needs repeating.
