Necessary procedures for the implementation of free education and childcare
1. Notification of free education and childcare to users (by August)
Notify users of free education and childcare for young children and guide them through necessary procedures to be eligible.
4. Notification of changes in handling of meal fees for 3-5 year old users (August-September)
Notify users that meal fees will be collected by the facility from October, and explain the amount and reason for the fees.
5. Reporting of usage status to municipalities (early September)
Report the names, addresses, and birthdates of users to their municipalities.

Determine eligible children and notify users through contract updates and other documents.
6. Application for confirmation to municipalities (by the deadline set by the municipality)
Apply for confirmation from the municipality to ensure the facility meets the required standards.
