This study aims to establish and implement a self-evaluation system for multi-level marketing (MLM) businesses in Taiwan. The research objectives are to: (1) assess the applicability of evaluation indicators to MLM businesses, (2) evaluate the feasibility of self-evaluation for MLM businesses, (3) explore the actual implementation and benefits of self-evaluation in related industries, (4) establish self-evaluation indicators for MLM businesses of different scales, (5) assess the effects of self-evaluation on improving the image and operational efficiency of MLM businesses, and (6) propose incentives for MLM businesses to conduct self-evaluation. The study uses a combination of literature analysis, expert discussions, company visits, and questionnaire surveys to achieve its objectives. The results of the study can provide a reference for MLM businesses to implement self-evaluation and improve their operations.
