Starting April 4, the boarding location for Shinjuku area routes was changed to "Busta Shinjuku" (Shinjuku South Exit), and from May 9, the getting off location will also be changed to "Busta Shinjuku" (except for some buses).
In principle, buses will arrive at the 3rd floor of "Busta Shinjuku".
Some temporary buses, the 4:00 PM bus from Nagaoka and bus tours, will continue to get off at "Shinjuku West Exit (臨時)".
1. Change of getting off location (from May 9)
The getting off location for arriving buses will be changed to "Busta Shinjuku" (Shinjuku South Exit) from May 9.
2. Setting of temporary buses
If the desired bus is fully booked, a temporary bus may be operated from "Shinjuku West Exit".
If the desired bus from "Busta Shinjuku" is fully booked, a temporary bus may be operated from "Shinjuku West Exit".
Please search for available seats on Highway Bus Dot Com by specifying "Shinjuku West Exit (臨時)".
For buses arriving at Shinjuku before May 8,
for buses arriving at Shinjuku from May 9,
please use the "available seat search" screen on Highway Bus Dot Com.
Temporary buses can be reserved up to 2 hours in advance, and please purchase tickets in advance (including online credit payment).
If "Busta Shinjuku" is fully booked,
and a temporary bus is set from "Shinjuku West Exit (臨時)",
From May 9, regular buses will arrive at "Busta Shinjuku".
Please note that some buses may have different getting on and off locations, so please check when making a reservation.
