The Financial Literacy project had face-to-face and online meetings to establish management boards, including the Executive Management Board (EMB), Valorisation and Advisory Committee (VAC), Technical Board (TB), Expert Group (EG), and Monitoring and Evaluation Board (MEB). Each board has specific responsibilities, such as project management, technical work, and dissemination. The project handbook was prepared, and quality assurance and dissemination plans were developed. Three intellectual outputs (IOs) are being carried out in parallel, with progress made on IO1, IO2, and IO3. The project has a Wordpress-based platform for project promotion and distance education, and pilot courses are being developed. The MEB board conducted a SWOT analysis and checklist, and regulations were made based on the analysis. The project has five committees, with members from all partners, and a balanced distribution of tasks was carried out among partners. So far, there have been no major problems in the execution of the project, and the platform developed by Valencia Innohub is being used to manage tasks and track progress.
